Service Update

Notice to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland customers

It is with regret Dealswiz will be unable to serve customers in Northern Ireland and the Republic Of Ireland. This is due to carrier restrictions and the ever-increasing delivery costs. Starting from 28/04/2021 we will not accept orders from Northern Ireland and the Republic Of Ireland. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please be rest assured this will not affect any orders placed before 28/04/2021. We are here for you should you have any issues with your product so please contact us using this form.

Delivery to the other parts of the country is not affected. Please refer to our shipping and return policy for further information.

Orders

All orders will be despatched on Tuesday 6th April 2021. Once your order has been despatched we will notify you via email and SMS. So keep your eyes peeled!

Delivery

Our current delivery ETA remains 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. However, please note delivery companies are experiencing capacity issues due to extremely high shipping demand and COVID-19 impacts. So please be patient and allow additional time.

5th January 2021

Last night, the UK government announced that England is entering a 3rd national lockdown. Following government guidance, Dealswiz will stay operational. Our workplace is COVID-Secure and any of our staff who can work from home, already do so. We're not currently aware of any impact this will cause on our supply chain but we'll keep you updated if we do experience any issues.

Delivery

Our current delivery ETA is 2-3 business days from date of purchase. Delivery companies are experiencing capacity issues due to extremely high shipping demand and COVID-19 impact and in some cases, orders may be delayed due to this. We have also been seeing an increase in shipping carrier tracking scan issues, where the order is en route but tracking numbers/transit progress is not correctly updated by the carrier.

You can check the status of your delivery anytime by entering the tracking number emailed to you after your order has been despatched. 

Please read through our frequently asked questions to see if any questions you may have are already answered.

Please ensure you add an up-to-date and working telephone number to your order address so that our shipping carriers can contact you should any issues arise.

 Customer Service

As usual, our Customer Service team is on-hand to assist. We are experiencing high order volume while simultaneously adapting to the "new normal", with many of our agents working from home. Please bear this in mind as we work hard to respond to your queries. Please allow up to two business days for us to respond. As always, our goal is to ensure you have a great experience as our customer!

If you’re returning an item, please do not physically deliver the items yourselves. Our warehouse is not accepting any unauthorised visits and you will be turned away. Returns will continue to follow our returns procedure, found here.

Ordering

You can continue to order as normal. Our website has live stock information and will let you know if any item falls below 10 in our stock. On the rare occasion where we receive two or more orders concurrently, items can become oversold and we will refund the order on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Christmas Update

It is that time of year again and the Christmas season is upon us! Our elves are working exceptionally hard this holiday season to get everything out and delivered in time.

Last Order Date

18/12/2020 11:59 PM (exclusions apply, please refer to product page for more details)

Please be aware that many Royal Mail Parcels are facing delays due to the Christmas rush as well as the current Covid challenges. We recommend getting your orders in as soon as possible.

We are closed the following days over the Christmas and New Year Period. All other days will be business as usual. However, please note we will be working with reduced staff so emails may take longer than usual to answer.
