Shipping & Returns

OUR RETURN POLICY

All products offered by Dealswiz are manufactured to a high standard however if you need to return an item then please follow the guidelines below.

Most items can be returned for exchange or full refund within 14 days from the date you receive your item. Please note the buyer is responsible for the return postage cost unless the item is damaged or faulty. We are not responsible for any purchase after this 14 days period.

All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and package.

Once the item has been received it will be inspected by our return department, and you'll be issued with a replacement or refund within 3-5 working days. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

DELIVERY

We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom.

Delivery is FREE to most addresses (exclusion applies).   

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom except for the Channel Islands (such as Jersey and Guernsey), Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands, and Northern Ireland. We don't ship to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.

All the products advertised on dealswiz.co.uk are despatched from UK-based warehouses. Your order will be delivered by one of the delivery companies listed below (depending on your location and package weight).

Royal Mail, Yodel, DHL, DX, Hermes, Tuffnells, and DPD.

Please note: deliveries with Tuffnells and palletised deliveries do not come with online tracking. Please contact our friendly customer service if you need an update on your order. 

For large and heavy items the courier requires a 'pre-delivery notice' which means you need to give a valid mobile number on your order so the courier can contact you to arrange a specific delivery day and time.

Please be aware that the delivery driver is only able to deliver goods to the kerbside of your property and is unable to assist you.  

Provided there are no unexpected difficulties, all orders will be despatched within 24 hours Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays/weekends. As soon as your order has been despatched we will notify you via SMS and email. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery Mon-Sat excluding bank holidays.
